CLOVE
In Indonesia, cloves are primarily grown in the Maluku Islands (also known as the Spice Islands), which is the region where cloves originated. The aromatic flower buds from the Syzygium aromaticum tree native to Indonesia, are widely used in cuisines worldwide for their warm, sweet, and slightly peppery flavor.
